★チケット販売に関する特約事項★

本特約事項は、お客様（以下「参加者」といいます。）が一般社団法人Adaptiveness（以下「主催者」といいます。）が主催する2026年10月に開催予定の「LeSSの夜明け2026」（以下「本イベント」といいます。）に参加するにあたり、本イベントのチケット販売に関する取引条件を定めるものです。
本特約事項をお読みいただき、ご同意いただいたうえで本イベントのチケットをご購入ください。

1. 本イベントは、主催者が定める内容のカンファレンス、トレーニング、その他主催者が別途定める企画を含みます。
2. 参加者は、株式会社Gains Lineが提供するTech会（理由の如何を問わずサービスの名称又は内容が変更された場合は、当該変更後のサービスを含みます。）にてチケットを購入するものとします。
3. 参加者は、主催者が別途指定する方法により、本イベントの参加にかかるチケット（以下「参加チケット」といいます。）又は本イベント中のトレーニング受講にかかるチケット（以下「トレーニングチケット」といいます。）のいずれか又はその両方を購入するものとします。なお、カンファレンス参加とトレーニング受講の両方を希望する参加者は、参加チケット及びトレーニングチケットのいずれも購入する必要があります。
4. 参加者が、参加チケットの購入後にキャンセルした場合、主催者は、主催者の故意又は重過失が認められる場合を除き、参加チケットに係る購入代金を返金する義務を一切負わないものとします。
5. 参加者が、購入した参加チケットの譲渡や再販は禁止とします。
6. 参加者が、トレーニングチケットの購入後にキャンセルした場合における、主催者から参加者に対するトレーニングチケット代金の返還については、特商法上の表記に定める内容に従うものとします。
7. 主催者は、主催者の故意又は重過失に基づき本イベントが中止又は延期となった場合又は本特約事項に別途定める場合を除き、受領済みの参加チケット代金又はトレーニングチケット代金を返還する義務を負わないものします。
8. 参加者は、主催者が、参加者から取得した参加者の個人情報（個人情報の保護に関する法律第2条第1項に定義されている情報を意味します。）を、本イベントのスポンサー（https://japan.less.works/ja/#sponsorsopen_in_new）に提供することについて、同意するものとします。
9. 参加者は、スポンサーが、参加者の電話番号又は電子メールアドレス宛にマーケティングを目的とした連絡を行う可能性があることについて、同意するものとします。
10. 前項の規定にかかわらず、参加者は、前項の同意について、スポンサーそれぞれ所定の手続きを行うことにより、いつでも撤回することできます。
11. 本イベントは現状有姿で提供されるものであり、主催者は本イベントについて、特定の目的への適合性、商業的有用性、完全性、継続性等を含め、一切保証をいたしません。また、本イベントの内容は、参加者への事前の予告なく変更になる可能性があります。
12. 主催者が、本イベントに関連して主催者の故意又は重過失により参加者に損害を及ぼした場合には、主催者はその損害を賠償するものとします。但し、主催者の賠償責任は直接かつ通常の損害に限り、逸失利益、事業機会の喪失等の間接的な損害は含まないものとし、損害を被った参加者から現実に受領した本イベントの参加チケット代金又はトレーニングチケット代金のいずれか低い金額を上限とします。
13. 本イベントのチケットの販売に関連して生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所又は東京簡易裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

* Special Provisions Regarding Ticket Sales *

These Special Provisions establish the terms and conditions for ticket sales for "LeSS’ Yoake 2026" (hereinafter referred to as the "Event"), scheduled to be held in October 2026, hosted by the Adaptiveness Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). Please read and agree to these Special Provisions before purchasing a ticket for the Event.

1. The Event includes conferences, training, and other projects separately determined by the Organizer.

2. Participants shall purchase tickets through "Tech-kai" provided by Gains Line Co., Ltd. (including any successor service if the name or content of the service is changed for any reason).

3. Participants shall purchase either a ticket for attending the Event (hereinafter referred to as the "Admission Ticket") or a ticket for attending the training during the Event (hereinafter referred to as the "Training Ticket"), or both, through the method separately designated by the Organizer. Participants who wish to attend both the conference and the training must purchase both an Admission Ticket and a Training Ticket.

4. If a Participant cancels after purchasing an Admission Ticket, the Organizer shall have no obligation to refund the purchase price for the Admission Ticket, except in cases where willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Organizer is recognized.

5. The transfer or resale of purchased Admission Tickets is prohibited.

6. In the event that a Participant cancels after purchasing a Training Ticket, the refund of the Training Ticket fee from the Organizer to the Participant shall be handled in accordance with the provisions specified in the "Notation based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act."

7. The Organizer shall not be obligated to refund any received Admission Ticket fees or Training Ticket fees, except in cases where the Event is cancelled or postponed due to the Organizer's willful misconduct or gross negligence, or as otherwise specified in these Special Provisions.

8. Participants agree that the Organizer may provide the personal information of the Participant obtained by the Organizer (meaning information as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information) to the sponsors of the Event (https://japan.less.works/ja/#sponsors).open_in_new

9. Participants agree that sponsors may contact them at their telephone number or email address for marketing purposes.

10. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, Participants may withdraw the consent mentioned in the preceding paragraph at any time by following the procedures prescribed by each sponsor.

11. The Event is provided "as is," and the Organizer makes no guarantees regarding the Event, including suitability for a particular purpose, commercial utility, completeness, or continuity. Furthermore, the content of the Event is subject to change without prior notice to Participants.

12. If the Organizer causes damage to a Participant in connection with the Event due to the Organizer's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Organizer shall compensate for such damage. However, the Organizer's liability for damages shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages and shall not include indirect damages such as lost profits or loss of business opportunities. The maximum amount of compensation shall be the lower of the Admission Ticket fee or Training Ticket fee actually received from the Participant who suffered the damage.

13. Any disputes arising in connection with the sale of tickets for the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
