認定LeSS実践者研修〜理念から実践まで〜 ＜大規模Scrum＞
アクティビティやディスカッションを含め、全て日本語で行われます。英語に自信のない方も安心してご参加いただけます。

■ 概要
Large-Scale Scrum（LeSS）は、複数のチームでプロダクト開発をするためのシンプルなフレームワークです。
この研修では、多くのチームでプロダクト開発をする方法を学びます。幅広いテーマを深く掘り下げ、持続的で本質的な変化を実現する為の方法を学びます。チームでプロダクト開発組織をする方法と組織を改善するために必須となる知識を学んでいきます。
講義では、実際に同様の変革を経験した組織の事例、演習、そして参加者の関心に応じた質疑応答を通じて、最も重要なテーマを扱います。典型的なテーマはチームワーク、技術スキル、チーム間の調整、チームへ仕事が来るまでの流れ、組織構造、役割、手法、組織のルールやポリシーなど多岐にわたります。

研修が終わった後に
認定LeSS実践者の資格を得れるのと、 less.worksのアカウントが付与されます。このサイトではLeSSに関する追加の情報、研修に関する情報、そして他の研修参加者とのつながりを維持できます。受講者は３つのe-book（英語）：Large-Scale Scrum: More with LeSS, Scaling Lean & Agile Development, and Practices for Scaling Lean and Agile Development, Large Multisite and Offshore Product Development with Large-Scale Scrumを読む事もできます。

Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a simple framework for product development with multiple teams.
In this course, participants learn how to organize product development with many teams. It covers in depth vast range of subjects in order to ensure real and sustainable change. Course provides essential information for adopting team-based way of working and improving your product development group.
Teaching is supported by many real life stories from groups going through similar journey, exercises and extensive Q&A to ensure we discuss the most relevant topics and concerns. You will find below all covered subjects and they range from teamwork, technical skills, coordination, how work comes to teams, organizational structure, roles, practices and policies.

Certified LeSS Practitioner（認定LeSS実践者）研修は、LeSSの導入に関わるすべての人を対象としています。受講には基本的なScrumの知識が求められます。認定スクラムマスター研修の受講、またはスクラム入門などの資料を十分に読んでいただき、スクラムを実践している方々を対象としております。
The Certified LeSS Practitioner course is for anyone who is involved in a LeSS effort. Basic Scrum knowledge is expected and can be achieved by attending a Certified Scrum Master course, or thoroughly reading Scrum introduction material such as the Scrum Primer and practicing Scrum.
